How it works
eSIM allows users to remotely provision and manage mobile network subscriptions without needing a physical SIM card. Users can switch between mobile networks by downloading and activating a new SIM profile over-the-air.
Steps to Install an eSIM:
1. Check your device compatibility
Make sure your smartphone or device supports eSIM technology. Most modern devices like iPhone 12 and newer, Google Pixel, and some Samsung Galaxy models are compatible.
2. Buy an eSIM
Purchase an eSIM plan that fits your needs. Once you've chosen the right plan, continue to check out to complete your purchase.
3. Check your email
After purchasing the eSIM, you will receive an email with activation details, usually including a QR code or activation instructions.
4. Scan the QR code
Follow the instructions in the email to scan the QR code and activate your eSIM. This is typically done through your phone’s settings in the "Add Cellular Plan" or similar option.
Open your device's settings:
iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan and scan the QR code.
Android: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager > Add mobile plan and scan the QR code.
5. Activate the eSIM
Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your eSIM.
Your eSIM should now be installed and ready for use!
